Our brew classes are geared toward helping you brew better coffee. We cover a wide range of brew methods and techniques with the intent of making participants aware of best practices. Each class has a specific focus, but we welcome all of your questions.
For this class, we welcome special guest instructor Diana Dinh to teach us how to make coffee in a traditionally Vietnamese fashion. Diana will demonstrate how to use a phin dripper to brew a deliciously extracted concentrate to be mixed with sweetened condensed milk. Drink yours up or over ice.
