Our Commitment

As global supply chains and industries evolve, so must we. We promise to stay true to what we have always set out to do—Be Noble—while making sure our day-to-day practices also reflect our core values. Along with our commitment to pay producers fairly and work with importers that go above and beyond the coffee, we are also evolving to becoming more eco-conscious in our manufacturing as well as packaging.

You might notice something a little different with your bags of Noble Coyote coffee. It’s a new material, a new size, and a new look. While our bags are not fully compostable yet, we’ve partnered with our bag manufacturer to reprocess and repurpose the bags that you bring back to our roastery. We want to make sure that we keep working to make more sustainable packaging for our coffee future. 

Just find the R+R boxes at our roastery, rip any labels off, and drop your bags in!

The Roastery

We use 100% wind energy to power our roastery. Our facility commercially recycles. We also support environmental sustainability through donating our roasting by-products to local farmers (i.e., coffee grounds for compost, bean chaff, burlap bags).
