Our brew classes are geared toward helping you brew better coffee. We cover a wide range of brew methods and techniques with the intent of making participants aware of best practices. Each class has a specific focus, but we welcome all of your questions.

Most consumer drip coffee makers need a little help to produce coffee of a quality comparable to what we get from a pour over. Even if you don’t own a drip brewer, knowing how to hack one to make good coffee is a useful skill.
