Our brew classes are geared toward helping you brew better coffee. We cover a wide range of brew methods and techniques with the intent of making participants aware of best practices. Each class has a specific focus, but we welcome all of your questions.
Summer time = makin’ cold brew. This class is going to cover all the common questions about cold brewing, and maybe some of the uncommon ones as well. We'll talk about brew times, water chemistry, hot blooming, and anything else you want to know. Why does my cold brew taste bitter? What are the white specks floating on top?
