This coffee hails from a dedicated group of coffee farmers from the Caramanta municipality located in Southwestern Antioquia. This region is said to be Colombia’s birthplace of coffee, and is the country’s second most productive coffee region after Huila.

The farms contributing to this wonderful single origin offering are family-run operations that have been producing high-quality coffees for generations. You’ll find their farms dotting the steep slopes of the Western Andes at elevations up to 2200 masl. These producers are not only well-known for their exceptional coffees, but also for their commitment to the environment, sustainable growing methods, and conservation efforts.

At first the sweet notes of maple syrup and pecan wash over your palate with this coffee. Let this your cup cool a bit and you’ll notice warm fragrant baking spices, like nutmeg and cinnamon on the finish.
