This coffee comes from Finca Rincón De Paz. The farm is located at 1900 masl in the middle of a mountain in the snowy Chogesafra valley of the Inkawasi district. Juan Valenzuela Ostua, whose family owns Finca Rincón De Paz, is a member of the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle de Incahuasi (CACVI), which is made up of 520 producers from the area. The producers all cultivate their farms in harmony with the environment, per Inca ancestral customs, and through mutual work in the tradition of Minka and Ayni. In the Quechua language Minka means "let's work all together for a common goal." Ayni means "today for me and tomorrow for you." A beautiful way to support community and work for the benefit of all the producers.
